/p h3What You Will Be Doing /h3 ul liRoot cause analysis based on available or self-generated dashboards or data queries /li liLead and manage quality and process improvement initiatives to support operational customs clearance service objectives /li liWork closely with local customs clearance operations teams as well as Planning and Engineering, Compliance, Regulatory and other functions in order to improve service /li liEnsure alignment with strategic quality objectives and operational standards /li liSupport programs/projects across different regions together with multiple departments /li /ul h3What Do You Bring With You /h3 ul liSolid problem-solving, analytical skills and IT affinity /li liProactivity and capability to influence change /li liProcess and methodological way of thinking /li liExcellent communication skills at all levels of the organization /li liStrong ability to plan and organize with attention to detail /li liExperience and knowledge across various operational fields, particularly customs clearance /li liExcellent coordination and leadership skills to drive projects /li liUniversity degree /li liPM certification preferred (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, etc.) /li /u
