Overview As Hybrid Project Engineer, you translate engineering capabilities into high-value products and services. You will support both pre-sales and post-sales activities, analyzing customer needs and delivering tailored, practical designs that meet quality and performance targets. You’ll lead product and process development, modeling solutions with CAD/CAM/CAE tools and ensuring alignment with cost and safety requirements. You work cross-functionally to adapt offerings to customer specs and hand over efficiently to production, while traveling within the assigned area.
