Who We’re Looking For For our Credit Department within the Finance function at our Turin Headquarters, we are looking for a Credit Collector with proven experience in credit collection and credit management.
Key Responsabilities * Monitor the credit portfolio and manage collection activities; * Assess customers’ creditworthiness and identify potential risks of default; * Manage customer relationships regarding the recovery of outstanding amounts; * Conduct negotiations and define repayment plans where necessary; * Collaborate with internal departments, particularly Sales and Customer Service, as well as with field agents; * Monitor collection performance and contribute to reducing payment times; * Prepare reports and analyses related to credit positions. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required * At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within structured organizations; * Fluent English, both written and spoken; * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office suite; * Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365; * Strong analytical and negotiation skills; * Proactive and dynamic approach; * Good interpersonal skills and a strong teamwork attitude; * Experience in international and/or multinational environments.
