Overview In this role you define and execute the digital performance strategy across paid channels, working with a multidisciplinary team to scale marketing efficiently. You will own end-to-end campaign execution, forecasting, and reporting while building a foundation for long-term growth. You’ll push for quick wins and align with cross-functional teams to drive a shared growth agenda. This is an impact-driven position at ING, blending strategic vision with hands-on optimization in a dynamic, hybrid Milan setting. and bidding strategies * Ensure tracking and measurement infrastructure is correctly implemented across campaigns * Act as a technical challenger to agency partners to improve delivery * Collaborate with SEO, content, and CRO to align on growth initiatives * Collaborate with product, sales, and brand stakeholders to drive impact Requisiti fondamentali * Experience of at least 2 in the role * Ability to manage critical situations with good decision-making * Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Engineering * Knowledge of English * Experience with main performance channels including hands-on experience in Search Console * Knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Tealium Customer Data Platform, Adjust Mobile Measurement Platform * Decision-making under pressure * Cross-functional collaboration * Stakeholder management * Google Search Console * GA4 * Tealium Customer Data Platform
