You know Italian employment law, but you also understand that behind every case there is a person. /p pYou move easily between a conversation with management, an employee's question and a challenging discussion with a team lead. You bring structure when needed, look for solutions whenever possible and are not afraid to initiate change when it is better for the organization. /p pAnd perhaps most importantly: you get energy from people and from making organizations better. /p h3Job content: /h3 pYou will have a broad and autonomous role, including:
