Overview In this role you will drive Environmental, Health & Safety due diligence and compliance projects for private equity, corporate and financial clients. You’ll assess EHS risks, conduct audits, and support M&A; transaction advisory across diverse industries, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll communicate findings to clients and stakeholders and contribute to team development. This position offers hybrid work in Rome or Milan and a chance to shape sustainable change through expert EHS guidance. divestments and financing transactions * Perform EHS compliance audits and site assessments across industrial and commercial facilities * Review environmental permitting and regulatory compliance obligations and management systems * Evaluate occupational health & safety programs, risk assessments, and contractor management processes * Identify, quantify, and prioritize EHS risks, liabilities and improvement opportunities * Prepare high-quality technical reports and client deliverables in Italian and English * Participate in site visits, client meetings, and interactions with external stakeholders * Contribute to continuous development of the team and support business development activities * Support proposal preparation and client relationship management Requisiti fondamentali * 5+ years of professional experience in EHS consulting, compliance, auditing or related advisory services * Demonstrated experience in EHS compliance audits and site assessments * Strong knowledge of Italian environmental and occupational health & safety legislation (Legislative Decree 152/2006, 81/2008) * Experience supporting EHS Due Diligence pro
