Schedule: 8am- 3:30 pm - (must be able to work 1pm- 9pm 2 nights/week and every other weekend) Summary of Job Description: Provide direct oversight of Member residential living arrangements to ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall environment of recovery. Support and document Member self-administration of medications. Specific Responsibilities: * Roving and inspection of residences and Member ADL support as needed. * Support with facilities and medication management activities, including (but not limited to) the following:
* Disaster Drills * Residential Checklist * Medication Room Checklist * Van Checklist * Implement and document Member interventions and progress relative to Member Treatment Plan as it pertains to medication and ADL compliance. * Complete Incident Reports in accordance with Project Transition/ PCS Mental Health’s Policy and Process. * Complete progress notes for any interactions with Members and document in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) (DAP format) by the end of your covered shift. * Facilitate/ Co-facilitate all groups as assigned and complete documentation within 24 hours of facilitating. * Support with transporting Members per the directive of the Program. * Support with observation of Member alcohol and drug screenings as assigned and document observations by the end of the covered shift (if applicable). * Support Members with activities of daily living including (but not limited to) the following: * Daily oversight and coaching of daily living activities. * Observing Member self-administration of medication. * Support
