Job Summary Ensure the quality control of finished and semi-finished products, guaranteeing compliance with specified requirements and applicable standards. Responsibilities * Use appropriate methodologies and inspection equipment to properly perform inspections and testing activities; * Apply suitable methods to verify the conformity of finished and semi-finished products; * Review and verify self-inspection records received from Production; * Interpret technical drawings, specifications,
and inspection plans to perform quality verification activities; * Record work activities and inspection results using the appropriate technical documentation; * Use manual and computerized measuring instruments required to perform inspections and quality checks; * Apply company procedures and applicable regulatory requirements related to quality control activities and measuring equipment management; * Monitor compliance with quality requirements throughout the various stages of the production process; * Manage and record non-conformities identified during incoming, in-process, and final inspections; * Analyze the root causes of internal and external non-conformities using structured methodologies; * Monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare related reports; * Support internal audits, customer audits, and third-party certification audits; * Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions arising from non-conformities, audits, and customer complaints.
