and maintain robust daily management routines and reporting. * Lead safety-first production activities, ensure compliance with plant standards, and promote a proactive safety culture. * Oversee quality-control programs and address deviations with Quality to prevent recurrence. * Deliver plant targets for safety, quality, service, productivity, efficiency, scrap and cost with other plant functions. * Lead Continuous Improvement pillars (e.g., 5S, autonomous maintenance, standard work) and sustain improvements. * Plan long-term strategies to achieve company objectives and participate in budgeting, forecasting and cost control. * Lead, coach and develop production teams, plan workforce and shifts, and build a strong capability pipeline. * Coordinate with Maintenance, Logistics, Industrial Engineering and Quality to ensure reliability and smooth material flow. * Support industrialization and ramp-up of new products and technologies, ensuring readiness and st
