Monitor changes in employment law and proactively advise leadership and HR stakeholders on potential impacts and required actions. Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employment documentation in line with legal requirements. /ph3Employee Relations Case Management /h3pLead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations,
and terminations. Provide expert guidance on performance management processes to ensure legal soundness and consistency.
