Our high retention rate is influenced by a unique compensation program for positions that are more than just jobs - they're chances to grow, do what you love and build a career with us Job Description To assist in routine accounting operations, ensuring delivery of quality accounting services in accordance with the Department’s requirements. * Match amounts in proprietary A/P system to vendor invoices * Prepare and issue schedules of payments * Reconcile and resolve problem invoices * Build key relationships with vendors in order to quickly resolve invoice issues * File invoices, statements and any accounting related documents when necessary * Support Accounting Department with miscellaneous projects and assignments * Ensure communication with local branches * Works with internal customers in Operations to provide support and assist with cost accounting and billing * Other tasks/duties as deemed appropriate by your management team Qualificat
