Responsibilities * Responsible for the construction of technical management/training/warranty and claim process and team building; * Responsible for technical support and quality system and warranty system construction; * Responsible for the formulation of KPI of technical quality team and service stations; * Responsible for the implementation of technical quality business plan; * Responsible for the formulation and implementation of training plans; * Responsible for setting up the training classes; * Responsible for KPI development of warranty team; * Responsible for warranty business planning and warranty management of service stations and dealers; * Undertake related tasks of the department; Qualifications * Fluent English and Italian. * Experience in the OEM or distributor same position in European market mainstream vehicle brands. #J-18808-Ljbffr
