team and gain hands‑on experience supporting business decisions and monitoring store performance in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment. Your responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of our stores and retail network; * Support monthly closing and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency; * Consolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful business insights * Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders * Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identify key business drivers; * Act as business partner with Finance, Retail, and Operations teams to support performance improvement actions; * Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
