We are looking for a Global Methods & Work Analysis Manager to drive manufacturing performance across our international manufacturing network. You will lead global initiatives focused on work measurement, line balancing, ergonomics, workplace design, and operational efficiency, helping our manufacturing plants achieve world-class productivity standards. You will be part of the Global WCM team and report to the Group WCx Senior Director.
What you'll do
• Lead global productivity and work analysis initiatives across manufacturing plants.
• Drive MTM, time studies, line balancing, and labor productivity improvements.
• Optimize assembly lines, workstations, and production flows.
• Develop global standards for industrial engineering and workplace organization.
• Actively propose and manage improvement projects with a hands-on approach in the Workplace Organization domain (operational efficiency, waste reduction, workstation/line layout, ergonomics, rebalancing, material flows, vis
