Overview In this role you contribute to the design of power solutions for space equipment within Thales Alenia Space’s Rome power product team. You shape hardware specifications, develop and validate power modules, and ensure robust power distribution for space systems. You will work with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver reliable power solutions under cost and schedule constraints. This is a mission-driven opportunity to advance high-performance power electronics for critical space applications. You will engage with customers and suppliers to align on technical requirements and project goals. * Design power distribution architecture at unit level and cross-strapping * Analyze and synthesize control loops for feedback systems * P-Spice simulations and worst-case analyses * Part stress analysis and support to FMEA * Interface with customers and suppliers; collaborate with project leaders, product lines, manufacturing and marketing/sales Requisiti fondamentali * Laurea Magistrale or Master degree in a related field or equivalent experience * Consolidated HW power solutions design experience * Knowledge of space equipment standards and ECSS specifications * Experience in integration and test of power solutions * Experience with DC-DC digital control loops * Knowledge of Mentor DXD, ECSS standards, P-Spice/LT-Spice/Simplis * Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills * English proficiency in writing and speaking * strong communication skills * organized and methodical * team collaboration and
