/ppThe Project Manager is responsible and accountable for the management of projects related to the development of new products, the customization of existing products based on specific customer requirements (Engineered to Order), and the transfer of products between regions, from project inception through product launch. /ppThe role coordinates the efforts of all involved functions, including Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Service, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams, to ensure the successful completion of projects. /ppThe Project Manager has no direct reports but is responsible for leading and influencing cross-functional teams and managing people indirectly. /ppThe Project Manager is accountable for project scope, schedule, and budget, while also driving the team to achieve product cost and Time to Market objectives. /ppThe projects managed may span multiple manufacturing plants and
