Overview As Direct Account Manager, you will drive profitable growth in a defined territory by creating new opportunities and expanding existing relationships. You will promote a portfolio including new equipment, service agreements, and digital solutions, focusing on energy efficiency and productivity improvements. You act as a trusted advisor to industrial customers, translating their operational challenges into long-term value for their sites and for Ingersoll Rand. This role combines business development with technical/solution selling in a global, customer-focused company. qualify and pursue new business opportunities; drive cross-selling and upselling across the portfolio * Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage opportunities using CRM tools * Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts * Conduct assessments to identify upgrade, service, controls modernization and energy optimization opportunities; tailor technical and commercial proposals * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, service, engineering, application) to create winning solutions * Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts and activity plans; provide regular reporting and forecasting * Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the territory; participate in strategic sales initiatives Requisiti fondamentali * Proven experience in industrial B2B sales with strong business development and CRM-driven relationship management * Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate customer needs into profitable opportunitie
