Overview In this role you will help grow the Smart Glasses category by turning advanced tech into customer-facing value through engaging training. You’ll work with Sales, Marketing, Product and Training teams across markets to drive adoption and successful launches. You will build and maintain a training ecosystem that clarifies how the technology creates value for final consumers. This position offers hands-on exposure to wearable tech, AI-driven ecosystems and collaboration with top technology partners within a global luxury eyewear business. and onboarding journeys * Collect market feedback to identify training needs and adoption barriers * Develop expertise in Smart Glasses tech, AI features, and wearable ecosystems * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and external partners on education and GTM initiatives * Monitor training effectiveness and translate insights into actions to boost knowledge and adoption Requisiti fondamentali * +3 years of experience in training, product education, retail education, optics, consumer electronics or related areas * Previous experience in eyewear, wearables or consumer technology is a strong plus * Comfortable presenting to audiences and delivering talks * Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant messages * Willingness to travel * Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a plus * public speaking * clear communication * cross-functional collaboration * wearable technologies * AI-powered features * consumer technology trends
