Manage end-to-end execution of assigned collection(s) or specific projects within collections, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and quality standards, from planning to final shipment. Responsabilità del lavoro * Develop and maintain detailed project plans (Gantt, milestones, WBS) for assigned collections/projects * Track and monitor project progress vs plan (timing, deliverables, dependencies) * Manage day-to-day coordination with cross-functional teams * Ensure execution of all development and industrialization phases (sampling, prototyping, costing, production readiness)
* Monitor and update RAG status and project KPIs * Identify, track, and manage risks and issues, ensuring proper mitigation actions * Support definition and tracking of collection calendars * Prepare and deliver regular status reports * Ensure timely completion of all milestones up to final product shipment * Manage project documentation and updates in PMO tools * Support change management (scope, timing, priorities) STRATEGY and KEY TASKS * Ensure feasibility of assigned projects within collection timelines * Proactively identify critical paths and potential bottlenecks * Drive accountability across functions to meet deadlines * Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and execution processes * Support optimization of workflow between development and production * Ensure alignment between product requirements and industrial constraints * Provide structured input to Program Manager for portfolio-level decisions * Contribute to risk an
