and ad-hoc tasks supporting company growth in Italy Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&A; or business development in the renewable energy sector in a similar role Good understanding of the Italian renewable energy project development landscape Proven experience evaluating investment opportunities, business cases, and renewable energy projects Experience with M&A; transactions, project acquisitions, partnerships, or similar strategic transactions Strong analytical skills Experience with financial modelling and project valuation is a strong advantage Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills A strong network within the Italian renewable energy market is a plus Fluency in Italian and English A relevant university degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field English CV required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in M&A; processes and business development within the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on project evaluation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management.
