Your Key Responsibilities
• Own the full Spanish customer portfolio from handover to renewal,
with a clear goal: keep every customer (retention first) and grow each account through proactive upsell and uplift.
• Run a proactive, commercial CS motion. You do not wait for customers to call. You call them, spot the opportunity in every conversation, and bring it home.
• Be the single point of contact for Spanish customers, from onboarding and product expertise to support requests, gathering feedback and feeding it back to Product and Marketing.
• Adapt the Italian playbook to Spain, importing what works and localizing it for the Spanish market.
• Own your numbers: build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report on the health and growth of your portfolio.
What You’ll Bring
• 1 to 3 years in Customer Success or account management, ideally at a SaaS, tech, or software company. Exposure to legal or professional-services customers is a plus.
