Duties and Responsibilities ： 1.Solution/Product * Originate opportunities and create compelling customer proposals for energy storage solutions. * Capture customer requirements, collaborate with Solution team to complete the commercial and technical proposal, deliver compelling offers for the customers deliver compelling offers for key customers. * Negotiate key commercial terms with the customer and reach to close transactions. 2.Customer * Driving account sales strategy and establish communication cadence with the extended account resources to ensure full engagement and accountability and develop relationships with key customers, channel partners,
and industry stakeholders. * Support and participate in business development and sales meetings with customers and represent MARS at industry conferences and professional forums. 3.Market * Understand the go to markets dynamics, define business cases, and disseminate functional requirements with internal business and engineering colleagues. * Report market activities and developments back to the company. * Relevant sales or commercial experience within the energy industry, experience within the solar PV installer sector is preferred. * Affinity with the renewable energy sector and a passion to learn. * Desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. * Knowledge of battery storage systems, grid systems and photovoltaic power is preferred. * Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to interface with a strong customer mindset. * Abi
