The Activity Includes /p /brul /brliAI-Native Data Backbone Development Design and implement AI-native data backbones integrating data sourced from multiple legacy systems /li /brliProcess Enhancement AI Acceleration Improve Supply Chain processes and accelerate the development deployment of Agentic AI solutions to enhance team productivity and business outcomes /li /brliCapability Building Knowledge Transfer /li /brliBuild autonomous AI agents using LLMs, reasoning frameworks, tool-calling, memory, and guardrails Design multi-step planning and decision logic that enables agents to act safely and intelligently /li /brliIntegrate agents with APIs, microservices, and workflow systems (e.g., Logic Apps, Power Automate) /li /brliDevelop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability, and safety /li /brliCollaborate with data science, automation,
and product teams to embed predictive and prescriptive signals into agent workflows /li /brliTranslate business processes into structured agent behaviors and decision flows /li /brliEnsure compliance, observability, and governance for agentic systems /li /brliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field /li /brli5+ years of professional software and/or AI engineering experience, including 3+ years supporting supply chain or enterprise operations /li /brliStrong software engineering skills (Python preferred) /li /brliHands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, or orchestration tools /li /brliUnderstanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures /li /brliFamiliarity with supply chain processes or enterprise systems /li /brliExperience designing multi-step workflows or decision logic /li /brliAbility to translate business logic into structured agent behavior /li /brliGoo
