About the RoleMain responsibilities * Analyze components and subsystems of automated machinery to evaluate performance, reliability, and maintenance requirements. * Examine maintenance and machine operation data to identify anomalies, trends,
and opportunities for continuous improvement, supporting data-driven decision-making. * Support the optimization of maintenance plans, work instructions, and maintenance strategies to enhance equipment efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve operational performance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and Digital functions to improve maintenance processes and contribute to digitalization initiatives across the organization. What You Need to Be Successful * Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Strong interest in industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement, with a desire to contribute to operational excellence initiatives. * Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools, with an interest in leveraging data to support maintenance and performance optimization. * A
