Let’s dive right in: * Negotiate, draft, and oversee commercial contracts for Sungrow’s projects in Italy and other EMEA regions. * Support contract activities for the PV and ESS Business Units, including framework agreements and sales contracts. * Review, draft, and qualify various contractual documents such as General Terms & Conditions and non-disclosure agreements. * Identify contractual risks and deviations from Sungrow’s principles, securing necessary approvals for major issues. * Prepare and negotiate contractual qualifications with both new and existing clients. * Create comprehensive contract and risk summaries to inform project personnel of obligations and objectives. * Negotiate to resolve contractual and financial disputes on active projects, advising commercial managers. * Ensure adherence to all relevant policies,
processes, and procedures within Sungrow’s Business Management System.
