* Be responsible for direct sales expansion and business development of the company’s full product portfolio (LED displays, lighting, smart poles, all-in-one conference systems, and integrated visual solutions) in the Italian market. * Focus on developing and accessing key local resources that are not easily covered by the China-based team, including end users, major system integrators, consulting firms, and design institutes. * Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with top‑tier integrators, consultants, and key project stakeholders to enable early‑stage project engagement. * Proactively obtain and manage first‑hand project information, tracking and driving opportunities from early project stages. * Lead spec‑in activities at the early phase of projects by integrating the company’s products and solutions into design schemes, technical specifications, and tender documents. * Take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle, including client communication, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, tender participation, and contract signing.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (pre‑sales, product, marketing, delivery, etc.) to ensure competitive and localized solutions for customers. * Continuously monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities; provide timely market feedback to support the company’s strategic decision‑making. * Organize and participate in both online and offline marketing activities and industry events.
