Business Development Intern (TikTok Shop Italy) - 2027 Start Job Code: A98994 Intern Responsibilities The Business Development Team is responsible for identifying, acquiring and growing emerging merchants as well as creating long-term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop. The team manages hundreds of accounts across various verticals. The team is seeking a Business Development Intern who is responsible for identifying and onboarding e-commerce brands/retailers/merchants and providing them with development strategies, educational support and other resources to gain success on TikTok Shop. * Lead qualification; Identify relevant sellers for onboarding based on lead lists and own industry research, support merchant acquisition and - once onboarded - first product listings and sales. * Support outreach activities through email campaigns and calls to book meetings. * Collaborate with account managers to analyse the category growth opportunities of merchants through data analysis,
and continuously improve the operational capabilities and output of merchants on the platform. * Follow up on product selection and submission for key special campaigns and promotional activities, as well as the tracking and analysis of the post campaign performance We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship.
