This role serves as a key advisor to leadership and HR teams, ensuring alignment between Italian labor legislation and Foundever’s global HR policies. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Employment Law Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure full compliance with Italian labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirements. /li liMonitor changes in employment law and proactively advise leadership and HR stakeholders on potential impacts and required actions. /li liSupport the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employment documentation in line with legal requirements. /li /ul h3Employee Relations Case Management /h3 ul liLead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations.
