Work closely with Technical Team, to support: * Project delivery to customers, to guarantee deliver the projects in time and in budget * Post-sales stage for ICT Service and manage the customers when service get issue * Perform regular maintenance and preventive inspections of onsite equipment, including but not limited to routers switches, and/or transmission systems etc. * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in networks, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of faults. * Work with various internal and CMI local companies in Europe Region for order activation and testing * Professional project management and regular update to customer about project status Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors * Technical knowledge in IP network design and configuration, including routing and switching, WAN/LAN, WIFI, NAS, Firewall, Cloud ,Storage etc. * Excellent teamwork skills, ability to work across virtual global teams, self-motivated and able to work under pressure * Excellent project management skills and communication skills * Self-motived team player with quick adaptation to dynamic environment * Fluent language skills in both Italian and English * ITIL or CCIE certificate and related certificates in networking technology is an advantage * Less experienced candidates will be considered as individual contributor. * #J-18808-Ljbffr
