Who are we looking for Are you an experienced production leader passionate about managing people, driving operational excellence, and supporting business growth in a manufacturing environment? We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager – Molding to lead our Molding operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and operational performance are achieved while fostering a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. you will be responsible for leading a large production organization, coordinating cross‑functional teams, monitoring key manufacturing KPIs, and supporting the growth and development of people. You will play a key role in a strategic phase of organizational growth and transformation, helping to further strengthen production processes, team effectiveness, and operational performance.
