YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide remote technical support from the office to customers, service partners, and field technicians through written case handling and live troubleshooting calls * Diagnose and resolve issues on Hyperchargers using remote diagnostic tools, system logs, and technical documentation * Guide on-site technicians remotely during troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities * Manage and prioritize technical cases according to customer impact and defined Service Level Agreements * Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and appropriate escalation of unresolved issues * Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting procedures and service quality YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS * Technical education or relevant experience in technical support, maintenance, field service, or a comparable technical role * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide technicians remotely * Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced,
