Reporting to the Multi-Property General Manager, the Multi-Property Director of Sales is responsible for leading all sales and commercial activities for bCasa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan and The Rome EDITION /b. This role provides strategic leadership across Sales, Groups Events, and Reservations, driving revenue growth, market share, profitability, and customer loyalty. The position requires a highly commercial, results-driven leader who can develop and execute integrated sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and inspire high-performing teams across two luxury properties. /p h3SCOPE OF WORK /h3 ul liAchieving revenue, market share, booking pace, and profitability objectives. /li liDeveloping and executing integrated sales, distribution, and commercial strategies aligned with Marriott International and brand priorities. /li liIdentifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.
