Overview In this role, you bridge business needs and technology within BYD’s Milan office, driving improvements across CRM, ERP, and related systems. You work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into practical solutions, lead UAT, and support deployment and ongoing system administration. and user expectations * Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate validation activities for deployment * Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and automation opportunities * Create and maintain process documentation, manuals, and training materials * Provide functional support, training, and ongoing administration for key business applications * Manage and support CRM, digital marketing platforms, dealer systems, API integrations, and related apps Requisiti fondamentali * 3–7 years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role * Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, WMS, customer service, supply chain, or related systems * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and capacity to drive improvement * Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and validation * Experience with data visualization tools such as Pow
