maintain and enhance complex financial models for scenario planning and decision‑making * Support monthly closing with sharp analysis for the management reporting package * Act as a strategic finance partner to commercial teams with data‑driven insights * Proactively identify and lead initiatives to automate tasks and scale the Finance function * Support capital planning and monitor regulatory capital position with Finance and Risk teams Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or Economics * 2–5 years of FP&A; or Finance Controlling experience * Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail * Strong financial and analytical modelling skills * Excellent Excel skills and ability to interpret large data sets * Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) * Confidence presenting complex analyses to senior management * Proactive and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment * Strategic thinking * Effective communication * Proactivity * Advanced Microsoft Excel * Financial modelling * Data analysis of large datasets
