What you will be doing
- Developing seasonal joint business plans with Brand Centers and Value Dealers to grow key Apparel & Protective product categories.
- Executing strategic account plans to expand categories, drive sell-through, and generate incremental consumer demand.
- Driving sales growth across channels in Lombardia and South Tyrol,
including ski schools, clubs, and sports associations.
- Ensuring profitable and sustainable retailer-rental growth in your territory.
- Managing the full order book and resolving delivery or credit issues to guarantee timely supply.
- Activating trade marketing and sell-through programs in collaboration with internal Marketing teams.
- Leading product presentations and consumer events to showcase the value, innovation, and technical features of Atomic’s Apparel & Protective lines.
- Representing Atomic at events and collaborating internally to share best practices, contribute to team meetings, and ensure a superior customer experience.
Your profile and required competencies
- Proven sales expertise in apparel and winter sports equipment, with at least 3+ years in account management or a similar role
- Strong business acumen, advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Confident in digital tools and IT sys
