Quality Manager – Product

For a challenging role within an internationally active industrial organization.
The role reports to senior management and works closely with the Production, Engineering, Industrialization, Supply Chain, Procurement and Research & Development departments.
Purpose of the role
To ensure, through expertise, leadership and motivation, that products and production processes meet customer requirements, applicable regulations and automotive industry standards, whilst ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949 and related standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical , Eectronical or Management Engineering
- Specialization in Quality Systems Management
- MBA or postgraduate course in management and leadership
- Languages: Italian and English, German is a plus
- IATF 16949/ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
- Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Ishikawa, lean methodology
- At least 15 years’ experience in Quality Department product and process within multinational organizations
- Authority, assertiveness, leadership, decisiveness
- Good interpersonal skills, effective communication

LOCATION: Italy – Emilia Romagna
CONTRACT: Permanent contract
