Key Responsibilities
- Daily Monitoring: Review detected arrhythmia ECG episodes, assess patient compliance, and identify cases of missing data transmission.
- Patient Support: Provide direct assistance to patients for technical issues and collaborate with Territory Managers (TMs) to ensure resolution.
- Documentation Management: Compile daily reports and document complaints related to patient calls and resolved technical issues.

- Office Hours: Handle patient hotline inquiries (08:30-13:00 and 14:00-17:30).
- After Hours: Participate in nocturnal and weekend shifts on a rotational basis with other members of the Italian Technical Support Team.
