PL Developments, also known as PLD, is a leading manufacturer, packager, and distributor of over‐the‐counter (OTC) pharmaceutical products and consumer healthcare goods. Summary The Line Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the production line. You will be a key player in ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the manufacturing process. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with various team members to achieve production goals. Working Schedule Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm Job Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Collaborative team player with the ability to contribute to team success. Quick thinker with the ability to problem‐solve effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with personnel at all levels. Strong analytical and mathematical abilities. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.



Able to work overtime when required. Position Responsibilities Review production schedule to identify products for packing and filling. Refer to the Finished Product Specification Book to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Set up, adjust, and test labeling machinery for accurate performance. Input correct code dates for each product produced. Report any discrepancies to Quality Assurance, Supervisor, and/or Manager. Assist in training newly assigned staff in all production line positions as needed. Collaborate with team to rework damaged products when the line is down. Complete Batch Records for the assigned production lines. Ensure that preventative maintenance checks are performed on all line equipment and machinery. Maintain a clean, organized work environment in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanliness standards. Work closely with Quality Assurance/Quality
