Overview As Operations Specialist at ASM, you will support and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence. You will act as a liaison among internal teams, logistics and stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness and align with business goals. The role focuses on data-driven insights, reporting, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives that improve processes and compliance. analyze, interpret and publish operational data and performance metrics * Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards * Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on operational performance * Support operational projects, system implementations, and organizational initiatives * Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables * Assist with change management activities and user adoption efforts * Coordinate testing, training, and process documentation for new initiatives Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor in Business Administration * 2-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, logistics, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite * Experience using ERP, CRM, or operational management systems * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
