We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager OE to expand our European OE Team. Responsibility * Serve as the primary point of contact, build strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. * Provide ongoing support to assigned clients, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to queries and complaints. * Assist with sales and business development strategies, including creating sales plans, explaining pricing, and identifying new opportunities for existing and new clients. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams,



and senior account managers to develop and execute sales strategies. * Monitor and report on the status and performance of client accounts. * Implement strategies to retain clients, often through proactive engagement and after-sales support. Qualification * Academic Degree in business, engineering or a field directly related to the position * Experience in the Tire Industry * Familiar to work with cross-functional and international teams * Strong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills * Ability to travel both domestically and internationally * Fluent in English - Any other additional language is a plus * Open-minded, team work and cross-cultural communication What we offer * Unlimited Contract * Performance Premio * An amazing open minded and international team * Being part of the success of an international growing brand * Opportunity for professional and personal growth #J-18
