Offerta * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. * Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent. * Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. * Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee development. * Supervise and provide guidance to the HR team to ensure efficient operations. * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements. * Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organisation. * Promote a positive and productive workplace environment. Competenze ed esperienza A successful HR Director should have: * Educational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of HR systems, labour laws,



and practices in Italy. * Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies. * Experience in managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. * Excellent leadership and organisational skills. Completa l'offerta * Competitive annual salary between €70,000 and €75,000. * Meal allowance of €10 per day. * Permanent employment.
