To lead our restaurant team, we are looking for a warm, confident and service-oriented Maître (m/f/d) who combines exceptional hospitality skills, strong leadership and the highest quality standards to create an outstanding service experience for our guests. Your Tasks * Overall responsibility for restaurant service - from breakfast and lunch to Fine Dining in the evening * Act as a visible and welcoming host for our international guests, providing warm, personalised and professional service at the highest level * Develop and continuously refine the service concept in line with our farm-to-table philosophy, open-fire cuisine and regionally inspired culinary approach * Provide expert advice on menu choices, wine pairings and individual guest preferences * Lead, train and develop the service team while fostering an authentic culture of hospitality * Organise and coordinate service operations, staff schedules and quality standards * Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine,
