ppSMX is seeking a bField Service Technician /b to support the U.S. Army Counterintelligence Command's IT infrastructure by providing hardware maintenance, hardware management, cyber and Tier II service desk support. This is a full-time onsite position. /p ul liPerform all hardware maintenance duties and operate automated diagnostics systems. /li liPerform remedial and preventative maintenance per OEM specs, Cybersecurity STIG requirements, or TTM/COR directives. /li liTrack and execute warranties for asset maintenance. /li liPerform equipment installation and relocation. /li liAssist/conduct equipment sanitization for turn-in to DRMO. /li liIdentify required spare parts and maintain inventory of spares. /li liFabricate, install, and remove cabling and cabling infrastructure (e.g., raceways, conduit) in line with DoD and Army requirements. /li liPerform hardware installations and basic network administration. /li liInstall or troubleshoot Automated Information Systems and IP assets on a network (e.g., configure IPs, troubleshoot connectivity issues).
/li liProvide system hardware maintenance and interconnectivity familiarization for personnel after hardware upgrades, integrations, reconfigurations, and layout drawing updates. /li liAttend internal training sessions and meetings. /li liCreate/update diagrams for IA, CM, and Government documentation requirements. /li liMaintain change control and associated documentation. /li liProvide Tier II support for desktop imaging, manage Active Directory contents (accounts, groups, etc.), manage Org share contents, distribution lists, and overall Office 365. /li liProvide on-site support for Regional HQ, Field Offices, and staff computers, focusing on maintenance and preparation during duty hours and actively supporting live missions, including computer imaging and licensing. /li liAssess mission requirements for necessary equipment and ensure network functionality. /li liTroubleshoot and maintain network and computer interfac
