MSC Cruises is seeking a Cyber Security Azure Specialist to join its Cyber Defense team. Key Accountabilities * Assess, review, and validate security configurations across Microsoft Azure subscriptions, resources, and services. * Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Azure security controls following Microsoft security best practices. * Review and assess security configurations within Microsoft Entra ID and related Microsoft security services. * Analyze and improve Conditional Access Policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and authentication security controls. * Perform periodic security assessments of Active Directory environments, Domain Controllers, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). * Identify security gaps, misconfigurations, excessive privileges, weak security settings, and compliance deviations across cloud and on-premises environments. * Track remediation activities and report on security posture improvements and risk reduction initiatives. * Participate in cybersecurity improvement initiatives,
security hardening projects, and security posture enhancement programs. * Contribute to maintaining alignment with Microsoft security best practices, CIS Benchmarks, and organizational security standards. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience may be considered * 2-3 years of experience in Cyber Security, Cloud Security, Infrastructure Security, or Security Engineering. * Previous experience in a consulting company is highly preferred. * Experience working within multinational or complex enterprise environments is considered an advantage. * Fluent Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory. * Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. * Ability to coordina
