please visit /p h3Main Responsabilities /h3 ul liAct as the technical lead for complex production issues and escalations /li liLead troubleshooting activities for critical incidents and major outages /li liCoordinate root cause analysis with Engineering, QA, Architecture and DevOps teams /li liPromote operational stability, risk mitigation, and service reliability /li liCollaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects and other project stakeholders /li liProvide technical leadership to a team of developers, coordinating day-to-day activities and assigning Jira tickets and tasks. /li liPerform complex troubleshooting on the most critical and non-standard issues (e.g., performance incidents, service degradations), leveraging monitoring and observability tools (dashboards, alerts, logs, metrics, traces) to quickly identify and resolve root causes. /li liAvailability for 24/7 support to manage and prevent system downtime. /li liParticipate in agile ceremonies and contribute
