Overview In this role, you will lead BMS installation, integration and commissioning for a major data centre project in Milan, ensuring alignment with design intent and client standards. You’ll act as the technical bridge between M&E;, controls and commissioning teams, resolving interface issues. You will oversee testing, validation and documentation to ensure reliability and compliance, while identifying opportunities to optimise performance during handover. This is a hands-on, cross-disciplinary position that supports ongoing improvements and future enhancements in a mission-critical environment. cause-and-effect checks and performance validation of the BMS * Review and maintain technical documentation and QA records for client handover * Identify opportunities to optimise system performance during commissioning and handover * Provide technical input for future enhancements, upgrades or maintenance strategies Requisiti fondamentali * Relevant degree level qualification * 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on large-scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres) * EU Passport or RTW in Italy * Cross-functional collaboration * Problem-solving and issue resolution * Attention to detail * Building Management Systems (BMS) installation and commissioning * System testing and validation * Technical coordination across M&E;, controls, electrical, mechanical and IT
