Your Impact We are currently looking for a Global Account Manager to own a multinational group headquartered in Italy within the Insurance segment. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to a truly global customer, driving a major digital transformation program and partnering across Salesforce and the customer’s senior leadership to turn strategic priorities into measurable business value.
Your Responsibilities * Own the account strategy and major digital transformation roll‑out for a multinational Insurance group headquartered in Italy, aligning the plan to the customer’s board‑level priorities * Engage C-level decision makers through value‑based selling, business case development, and ROI analysis to identify and position new business opportunities * Coordinate a global, matrix‑organized virtual team — Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Partners, and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) — to deliver the contracted technical and business solution * Accurately forecast revenue and consistently achieve quota targets You’re Our Person If… * You have 8+ years of quota‑carrying software or technology sales experience selling to C‑level executives at large enterprise or global accounts * You have experience leading virtual or matrixed teams to close complex, multi‑stakehold
