in order to fit in this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this: * Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field. * 4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within an international environment. * Proven experience in Italian payroll and labor relations is essential. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships. * Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1) required * Familiarity with HR communication and reporting tools is a plus.
