As part of the Finance Department, Controlling Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: * Contribute actively to support all departments * Analyze the main performances of promotions during the year * Direct participation in the closing and forecasting processes * Manage the reporting to HQ * Post monthly closing analyses for different departments, including comments and alerts if necessary, regarding the deviations versus planned * Assist in Monthly Dashboard preparation for the Board of Directors * contribute to spreading the finance culture within the organization Who we are looking for: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field * 3-5 years of experience in controlling,
financial planning & analysis * Solid understanding of financial reporting * Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Retail experience is a plus.
