Senior Sensory and Consumer Research Manager

Responsibilities: 1. Client Management: o Key Account Manager (KAM) for 1 or a few clients o Client relationship management for more complex or key accounts 2. Project Management: o Autonomous management, implementation and coordination of complex research projects o Taking client briefs and writing study proposals o Propose appropriate methodologies and research approaches o Prepare estimates for ad hoc studies o Negotiate contracts, or specifications, technically, methodologically and financially o Ensure that projects meet objectives and are delivered on-time and within budget o Ensure that the project work meets agreed quality standards o Report writing with storytelling o Presentation of results, including relevant recommendations 3. Strategy: o Ensuring that ongoing activities and projects adhere to the company's strategic guidelines 4. Revenue: o Ensure targets for the accounts are met o Share feedback with managers on client needs and potential revenue risks 5. People:
o Possibility to manage a Research Executive(s) or Panel Leader(s) but not necessary o Close collaboration with the Data Solutions Hub o Work closely with other members of our sensory and research team and the field team o Involved in training and mentoring Higher education with knowledge in market research and/or sensory research Minimum 5 years' experience in sensory and consumer research to be able to manage projects independently. Knowledge of food and/or cosmetic products, quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies, sensory methodologies and statistics. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc Rigorous, responsive and proactive Strong organisational and planning skills, that ensure work is effectively prioritised to meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
